What do I do? Perhaps the best way to describe what I do is with a quick story:
Randy and Kristi have a new baby on the way and wanted to move out of their small apartment and into a larger home in a neighborhood with great schools for their growing family. They didn't know how to get started so they were introduced to a mortgage consultant that prequalified them for a loan that day. After searching through dozens of homes, they found a wonderful home in a great neighborhood with excellent schools that best fit their needs. It was exactly what they had imagined for their new family – and they just moved three weeks ago in time for the baby's arrival later this month! So that's what I do. I'm a Real estate consultant. I teach my clients about their real estate options and I help them make their dreams come true.
About me:
I am a passionate, dedicated Real Estate Consultant that takes the time to understand my client's most important needs. I skillfully negotiate their behalf and then manage the hundreds and hundreds of details involved in each real estate transaction.
I am a native of San Diego and have traveled the world as a Navy Pilot. My love for San Diego drove the decision to choose this as the last stop of successful and rewarding Navy career and the first stop of my second career in Real Estate.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley, and a Masters of Science in Finance from the Naval Postgraduate School.
My wife Jackie and I are veterans of fourteen military moves, and we understand the challenges faced in leaving a home, then finding, financing and moving to a new home in a new location. This personal experience sparked my interest in Real Estate. The pursuit of learning turned into a passion and I earned my Broker's license while on Active Duty. I work as a real estate consultant because of that passion and for helping people through some of the most important personal and financial decisions they will make - buying, selling or financing a home.
Before assuming my current position as owner/broker of Henderson and Associates Real Estate, I served as a business consultant, established Noble Eagle Realty (Serving military and veterans) and helped establish a Branch Office for Lyons Realty in Coronado.
I am also active in the community as a volunteer for Coronado Schools Foundation and San Diego All Stars Gymnastics. I am also a member of the North Island Community Church. I have served as Committee Chair for Cub Scout Pack 122, coached for the Coronado Little League and Youth Soccer League. I am a member of the San Diego Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. I am also certified by the International Society for Performance Improvement.
I am very happily married to the former Jacqueline Krebs of Garden City, New York. She holds an MBA and is a registered nurse specializing in pediatrics. She currently works as a medical consultant. We have three wonderful children ages 11, 14 and 17 and call Coronado home.
