Woody was our agent during a time when the market conditions were not so favorable. From the beginning he was very helpful, starting with his checklist to prepare our home for selling. Everyone that came into our home was impressed with the way it showed, and we could not have done that without his help. Once our home was in escrow, we had to move across country. That is when Woody became a real asset to our family. The escrow process became complicated when the city became involved and there was some “un-finished business” from a former construction project. In order to close escrow we had to pull a new permit and hire some contractors, as well as handle several request for repairs from the buyer. Needless to say, we had already moved and the responsibility was left up to Woody. Not only did he take care of all of our issues but we were able to close escrow within less than thirty days.
